The NSPL recognizes outstanding achievement through records for the loudest vehicles by division and power class.

The records are set on 3 levels such as State, National, and World. Points championships are awarded to competitors with the most trophy points.

Qualification for finals is determined by the amount of trophy points collected by members during the season. A competitor must accumulate 50 points to qualify for the World Finals. The points system break down is according to where you finish and whether the show is a Regular or Real Deal event.
